Information (credit card or token) only for the greater of as long as necessary to achieve the purposes
for which it was collected (e.g., membership auto renewal or membership installments or other
payments) and applicable law. Retention periods for transaction and other data categories may vary,
depending on credit card transactor provider obligations. This shall include the time you are enrolled
in the automatic payment program.
ICF’s current credit card transactor stores and processes your information on our servers located
within North America and use other computing facilities around the globe.
You will be notified at least 30 days prior to your credit card on file being charged. You may choose to
opt out of automatic payments by changing your consent on your ICF profile page or by contacting
ICF Headquarters via telephone at +1.888.423.3131 (toll-free) or via email at
support@coachingfederation.org
By setting up automatic payments with ICF, I agree to the terms above in relation to Personal
