Latest Consumer Awareness Study Now Available
Findings from the 2022 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study are now available, and as an ICF Member, you can access the report for free! The report provides key insights into consumers’ perceptions and motivations, which you can use to better understand consumers and market your coaching services accordingly.
Commissioned by ICF and conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), this is ICF’s fourth — and largest — consumer awareness study, and it incorporates 30,727 responses from across 30 countries. The 2022 Study also includes new demographic information that has not been explored in past studies, such as a respondent’s labor market position and whether they live in an urban, suburban or rural area.
The findings from this study are invaluable to ICF and professional coaches alike as we work to empower more individuals across the world through coaching!
