ICF named Ireland’s Health Service Executive the winner of the 2018 ICF International Prism Award during a ceremony at the Human Capital Institute’s Learning and Leadership Development Conference on September 26, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
The ICF International Prism Award program honors organizations that have achieved the highest standard of excellence in coaching programs that yield discernible and measurable positive impacts, fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, and shape organizational culture.
“Ireland’s Health Service Executive offers a great example of a systemic approach to coaching,” said ICF CEO/Executive Director Magdalena Nowicka Mook.
The University of British Columbia, nominated by Donna Howes, PCC, received an honorable mention for its coaching program. Additional finalists were Airbus, nominated by Brian Chaloner, PCC, and the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, nominated by Eileen Laskar, MCC
Congratulations to all who were nominated for this year’s Prism Award!
I attended the ceremony and would like the slides about the various winners and honorable mentions. I tried to take a photo with my phone, but from where I was sitting, the backlight of the slide impacted the quality of the photo, so I could not get the copy on the photo. Thank you!
