I joined ICF because of the high standards they require for coaching as well as the integrity of the organization. . ICF also offers many other services, like local chapters and continuing education, which is very important to me. I also love being part of a global community!
I have been on my coaching journey since 2015. Time flies! What I like about coaching most is a sense of connection with the true self of coaches. I always value connection with people and coaching allows me for this. Another joy from coaching is always learning something new from coaches. I coach coachees, but at the same time, I learn a lot from them, which makes me always hamble to coaches and myself. Last but not least, I also appreciate the ICF code of ethics reminding me of the importance of being disciplined as a person in life.
Why am I a member of ICF Because I strongly believe that there should be a body of professionals regulating the industry to a high standard in order for clients to get the most professional experience in where they can experience the outcomes and results they are seeking.
I love helping people to be themselves living aligning with their life purpose, be the better self and fulfilment. As a female who dedicates herself to the success in her career and her family, I truly understand how difficult for a woman to live her life in her own path where she has freedom to think, to act and to live life the fullest expressing her capacity and her abilities to do what she wants. That’s why I want to help females to live her life passionate, joy, fulfillment and to be able to express her potential.
For achieving my purpose, I need the professional tools and approaches with high standards. The big question for me is…..
how can I help them? What are those reliable approaches? I had been seeking for the answer and have found ICF where educates professional coaches with high standards and Ethics. I had learning more “What is ICF?” so that I understand more and I am falling in love with ICF because it is aligned with my values : Integrity, Professionalism, Humanity and Empowering Society with Professional Skills. So, I decided to learn being an ICF coach and also….I have a great opportunity to work volunteering with ICF chapter in my country(Thailand) where I have gained many experiences and truly understand the heart of ICF Mission and Core Values, in which made me SO Proud to be the coach with professionalism and confidence.
