Since 2005, the ICF International Prism Award for Organizations has celebrated businesses and organizations that have built strong and impactful coaching cultures. The 2021 Prism Award winning organizations were Tata Consultancy Services and TD Bank Group.

Tata Consultancy Services utilized coaching in a highly effective way, by providing services to all employees throughout the pandemic, across its global presence. Tata’s coaching led to increased levels of workplace engagement and well-being, including decreased stress, increased resilience and improved goal achievement.
