Lerae Gidyk, MCC

Lerae Gidyk, MCC, has been coaching since 1999 and educating coaches since 2000. One of the first 10 MCC credential-holders in Canada, she has dedicated her career to advancing coach education, mentor coaching, certification, and coaching mastery through roles with Soul Designs, Coach U, ICG (Coaching Out of the Box®), Become A Mentor (BAM) Levels 1 and 2 Certification, and the ICF Mentor Coach Community of Practice.

As the creator of SourceWorks™, an author, and co-host of The Therapist & The Coach, Lerae is devoted to preserving coaching as a deeply human, relational, and consciousness-expanding practice. Her work supports coaches in developing their skills, presence, self-awareness, and intentional impact.
