Course Details

Join the ICF Mentor Coaching Community of Practice and Lerae Gidyk, MCC; Carly Anderson, MCC; Margie Knox, PCC; Carrie Abner; and Alli Lake, PCC, PhD, for a session exploring the evolving role of mentor coaching within the coaching ecosystem. 

Presenters will share perspectives on its importance in developing confident, competent coaches and examine how mentor coaching supports growth through observation, reflection, and formative feedback. The conversation will also highlight its distinct role alongside coach educators, assessors, and supervisors, and provide context on upcoming enhancements to ICF credentialing pathways. 

This session fosters connection, curiosity, and shared learning to elevate individual practice and professional standards.
