ICF 2025 Boards
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the global organization for coaches and coaching. Many opportunities exist at both the local and global levels to become involved with ICF and help advance its mission.
We are achieving our vision through the work of six unique family organizations. Each organization has a dedicated board that oversees the strategic direction of its affairs, funds and property.
The International Coaching Federation Global Board provides strategic direction for and coordination of the complete ICF ecosystem.
ICF Global Board of Directors
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) Global Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and governance of the organization on a global scale. The board members are typically experienced professionals in the field of coaching and leadership, who work together to ensure the ICF’s mission and values are upheld. The ICF Credentials and Standards Board of Directors oversees the development and management of the International Coaching Federation’s credentialing and certification programs. Representing over 50,000 credential holders from more than 140 nations, this board ensures that coaches meet and maintain the highest standards within the coaching profession. This diverse board promotes ethical conduct, professional excellence, and integrity across the coaching industry globally.
