Share Your Knowledge With ICF Credentials and Standards
ICF Credential and Standards is seeking subject matter experts (SMEs) to help develop and maintain ICF credential programs. As an SME, you will work closely with the ICF Credential and Standards staff to contribute to the certification process and ensure ICF credentials continue to reflect the highest standards in coaching.
To be eligible, you must hold an active ICF credential, and be willing to commit time and effort to improving the exam development process. Volunteers who hold the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) are also needed to assist with development of the ACTC exam process. Please note: Certain volunteer roles are limited to coach practitioners not affiliated with a coaching education program.
Various opportunities will be available in the coming months, including reviewing items for technical accuracy, competency linkage, bias, and cultural sensitivity; supporting the standard-setting process; and reviewing exam translations.
