Exciting news! The ICF community’s dedication to nurturing human potential has been recognized with three 2024 Power of Associations Silver Awards from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). This is the highest recognition an association can receive for any program they conduct with their members!

Our commitment to excellence and innovation in the coaching industry continues to drive meaningful change and inspire transformation globally.”

ICF received awards for the following initiatives:     

2022-2023 Impact of Coaching on Leadership | ICF Foundation 

The ICF Foundation was recognized for accelerating and amplifying the impact of coaching through the Academy D.TEK Ignite Project in partnership with the ICF Ukraine Chapter. This project resulted in 150 ICF credentialed coaches donating 1,310 hours to support Ukrainian leaders during the ongoing war in their country, helping them to understand their stories, their challenges, and their visions for the future.  

Evolution of ICF Accreditation | ICF Coaching Education 

In 2023, with the invaluable support of coaching education leaders, ICF Coaching Education completed the 18-month Evolution of ICF Accreditation. This collaborative effort has established the world’s highest standards for coach-specific education, paving the way for aspiring coaches to access quality learning that prepares them for the rich tapestry of today’s coaching landscape. 

Future is Coaching Resource Guides | ICF Coaching Education 

As our profession continues to evolve, so do the needs of future coaches. Recognizing this, ICF Coaching Education and the ICF Thought Leadership Institute created the Future is Coaching Resource Guides. These guides are more than just educational tools — they’re catalysts for personal and professional growth, nurturing students’ capacity for critical thinking and introspection on topics like education, work, planetary ecology, and well-being.
