New Opportunity: Support the Development of Mentor Coaching Competencies

ICF is studying the tasks, knowledge domains, skills, abilities, and other characteristics critical for effective mentor coaching. The outcome of this research will be a validated set of mentor coaching competencies designed to advance high standards and best practices in mentor coaching and professional coaching practice.

For this project, we are seeking input from both mentor coaches and mentor coaching clients through a series of workshops, interviews, and other research activities. If you are interested in participating in any of these activities, please complete the mentor coaching volunteer interest form.
