Join an ICF Member Resource Group to Foster DEIB in Coaching
ICF Member Resource Groups (MRGs) offer a safe, supportive space for underrepresented coaches and allies to connect with one another, share experiences, and unite around a common purpose. Whether you join the BIPOC, Persons with Disabilities, or Young Professionals MRG, each group strives to eliminate barriers while promoting opportunities and a sense of belonging. Participating in MRGs can enhance your perspective; deepen your commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB); and expand your skills and opportunities.
Anyone is welcome to join an MRG, and you can join as many as you like. MRGs are a free benefit to ICF members. Non-members can participate for one year by paying a $45 USD fee per group (after one year, they must become an ICF member to continue their involvement in the MRGs).
