Coaching supervision provides a safe space for a coach to explore their coaching work experiences and engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning. Engaging with a supervisor provides an opportunity for a coach to share their successes and failures, uncover blind spots, explore ethical issues and considerations, and examine aspects that influence or impact the coach and their clients’ systems, benefiting both the coach and their clients.
