International Coach Federation Launches New Website
Coachfederation.org offers improved user experience and exciting new features.
Lexington, Kentucky, USA—The International Coach Federation (ICF) has a launched a new, streamlined website at coachfederation.org.
“We are very excited about the experience that this new web site offers to all users—members and non-members alike,” ICF CEO/Executive Director Magdalena Mook said. “It is clean, crisp, intuitive and informative. The design reflects the needs and desires of our members as well as current trends. We are very much looking forward to the response it will create.”
The ICF website was redesigned with user experience in mind and includes:
- A new, easily accessible archived learning platform
- A redesigned Chapter Map
- A language option making content accessible in more than 100 different languages via Google Translate
- A Member Portal that allows ICF Members to edit their profile, read member news and access marketing and professional development resources in the Member Toolkit

“A new and improved website will be a major player when it comes to enhancing ICF’s global reach and communication strategy. We are excited to launch the new ICF website and believe it will be an important resource for advancing coaching worldwide,” ICF Director of Marketing and Communications Michael Voss said.
Another major focus is providing site visitors with a user-friendly experience. “Coaches, clients, training programs, organizations and others visit the ICF website for a variety of reasons, and our primary goal in this redesign was to help them quickly find the information they need,” Voss added.
As users begin to experience the new site, they will find a more consistent, intuitive design with a cleaner appearance. Every feature helps visitors find what they need in the most efficient manner possible.
