ICF Hosts New Member Onboarding Calls for Newest Members
The ICF New Member Onboarding Meeting (NMOM) calls were developed by ICF Director of Member Experience Don Whittle in 2016. During these meetings, Don engages in a live webinar with the newest ICF Members, and helps to break ICF Membership into manageable segments.
Major themes of the NMOM calls include technical questions (how to update your member profile, how to download the ICF logo, etc.); how to connect with an ICF Chapter; ICF educational opportunities; ethics; and the ICF Credential. ICF staff members also join Don to speak about their areas of expertise.
The intent of NMOM is to nudge new members to engage with ICF Global, its Chapters and member benefits, and of course to become credentialed. In addition, attendees really enjoyed the global diversity that these meetings represent; there is a real sense of belonging to a global community.
Questions about the NMOM calls can be directed to ICF Director of Member Experience Don Whittle.

Hi Don
Is there a recording we can access? We are running a new member orientation here in Australasia Victoria. Be good to understand global content and call so we can refer to it and not duplicate.
How often are these run? I may have missed this type of info in the chapter leader communications.
Thanks Grace
ICF Australasia Victoria President
Hi Don, I would appreciate it if you can point me to the recording of last night’s call. Thank you
