Enhanced ICF Credential Exam Experience is Coming
Simpler navigation. More time to focus and recharge. Clearer insights into your strengths and weaknesses.
This is what you can expect when updates to the ICF Credentialing Exam go into effect on August 20. As a result of candidate feedback and shifts in the industry, these changes aim to improve your exam experience while maintaining our rigorous assessment standards.
In addition to an enhanced screen presentation, the updated exam also features:
- Fewer total items. The updated ICF Credentialing Exam will have 78 scenario-based items.
- A longer scheduled break providing you with the option to rest for 10 minutes.
- If you opt for translation, you will see exam items in your preferred language first, with optional English language aids as a supplement.
- Expanded score reports if you require an exam retake so you can see how you performed across each exam domain.
You will also have complimentary access to the ICF Credentialing Exam online tutorial. The tutorial is an interactive simulation of the testing platform, enabling you to practice exam navigation and other features, as well as answer sample questions.
