Empowering Individuals Through Expanded Access to Coaching as a Career
At ICF, our core values revolve around a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. As we diligently work to make coaching more accessible — not only as a service for clients but as a rewarding career – we’re proud to share that in addition to the ICF Foundation’s Coach Scholarship Program, ICF has recently accomplished this via the U.S. Military Services’ Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) program.
Each U.S. military branch supports a Service-specific COOL program website designed to match occupations with civilian credentials and provide resources to help service members attain these credentials.
The ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential is now among civilian credentials listed on the Air Force, Army, and Department of Defense civilian staff COOL websites.
Inclusion of the ACC credential in the COOL program websites makes it possible for a broader audience of professionals to empower the world through coaching, whether applying the credential to their continued military careers or their transition to civilian life.
