Celebrating ICF's Diversity
In 2020, ICF celebrated 25 years of serving the coaching profession. That same year, our structure evolved from one single organization to a federation of six family organizations living under One ICF, each with its own dedicated board of directors. In addition to these boards there is also the organization-wide ICF board of directors, which features representatives from each of the family organization boards.
As a global organization, ICF is deeply committed to representing our coaching community in all its diversity. Our 2021 boards have a total of 46 members from 21 different countries, representing a mix of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives from all regions of the globe. About 40% of them hold Master Certified Coach (MCC), 32% Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and 19% Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials.
