Sher Han Lim had what many would consider a successful career – working full-time for a government organization in Singapore while also contributing her expertise to a social enterprise organization. However, she couldn’t escape the nagging feeling that something was missing in her professional life.

Sher Han began working with Chuen Chuen Yeo, PCC, an executive, leadership, and career coach based in Singapore.

Through her partnership with Chuen Chuen, Sher Han was able to clarify her values and identify her priorities. This empowered her to overcome her fear of the unknown and leave her government role to begin working in the social enterprise sector full time.

This change reenergized Sher Han and sparked a new excitement for her work. It also illuminated for her the importance of modeling the behaviors she wants her son to embody in the future, including following his passions and taking healthy risks.

Sher Han’s story illustrates the power of coaching to help clients step out of their comfort zones and move toward more fulfilling, impactful ways of working and living.
