When you think of Intel, you picture a global tech leader and a household name. But what you might not know is that Intel has also spent more than 15 years investing in something a bit more human: a grassroots internal coaching program that’s becoming a powerful driver of employee engagement and talent development.
This innovative program started with two ICF-credentialed employees who understood the potential of coaching within the organization. They launched a program designed to support managers and high-potential employees, grounded in the rigorous standards of the International Coaching Federation. Over time, that initial effort grew into a company-wide initiative — one that not only elevated performance but also transformed how people felt about their work.
Today, coaching is a cornerstone of Intel’s culture, and the results speak for themselves. Learn more about how this internal program evolved into an award-winning success story.
