Minouche Lusakivana felt lost. As a young girl, she had fallen in love with the culinary arts and dreamed of working as a pastry chef. However, she put aside her youthful aspirations and passions to pursue a career in law, and years later, she felt completely disconnected from her dreams, talents, and sense of self.
Minouche began working with Lara Langman, ACC. Lara is an executive and career coach based in the United Kingdom.
Because of coaching, Minouche was able to rediscover her own identity and regain her lost confidence. Her creativity blossomed as she returned to the kitchen and brought her dreams to life through her own business, So Minouche Gourmandise.
Minouche’s story is an inspiring illustration of the power of coaching to help individuals who are feeling stuck reconnect with their passions and pursue their dreams.
