Kenneth Buzek spent 30 years building his business from the ground up. As he transitioned into retirement, he sought coaching to ensure that his new season of life was as fruitful as possible.
Kenneth began working with Yan Maschke, PCC, an executive and leadership coach based in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
Together with Yan, Kenneth developed and pursued a set of goals to help him get the most out of his retired life by increasing his organization and focus, committing to health and wellness, and enjoying time with family and friends. Through a lifeline exercise, he documented and reflected on the meaningful moments, accomplishments, joys, and challenges in his life to gain clarity on what he wanted to pursue next.
Kenneth credits coaching with helping him find balance, remain energized, and let go of guilt. His story illustrates the positive impact coaching can have on clients who are experiencing a significant life transition and seeking to make the most of their next chapter.
