She specializes in executive and team coaching for international corporations. She has coached global corporations’ executives, middle managers, and teams since 1996. She has also designed and delivered large leadership development programs worldwide. She is also an ICF assessor.
Kirsten has authored several books, including “Solution Focused Team Coaching,”, “Solution Focused Coaching Supervision” and has served as president of the International Coaching Federation Germany.
