Introducing team coaching to stakeholders within organizations can sometimes be difficult. What can we, as team coaches, do to overcome this resistance and set the stage for a successful engagement?
Join us as we explore these questions and more during an on-demand recording of a panel discussion that was originally presented to the ICF Team and Group Coaching Community of Practice.
During this session, we’ll discuss challenges team coaches may face in contracting, particularly regarding cultural dynamics such as transparency or conflict patterns. Our panel of experts will share their invaluable experiences, expertise, and research conclusions on navigating the challenges of the contracting phase. They will illuminate the value of introducing team coaching to stakeholders, bring examples of what worked to overcome some of the stumbling blocks, and explore how to support stakeholders in contracting for the services the team needs.
