She is the founder of Beckett McInroy Consultancy; the CoachME coaching model, resources, and award-winning training; and the TAP360 team level profiling tool.
Clare co-founded two ICF chapters (ICF Bahrain and ICF Doha) and served in leadership roles for both. She was the nominating coach for 2020 ICF Middle East Prism Award Winner Qatar Financial Centre. She has also contributed subject-matter expertise on team coaching and coaching supervision to ICF.
She is the author of five books, including Creative Reflective Practice. She has also written numerous book chapters and hundreds of articles.
