Space Still Available: ICF Member Resource Groups

If you haven’t yet signed up to participate in an ICF Member Resource Group (MRG), we encourage you to so so today! MRGs offer an opportunity for underrepresented ICF members, stakeholders, and allies to have a space to share, develop, and network with one another. Individuals who participate in these groups will also have access to different resources, including scholarship opportunities, workshops, and other event and course offerings. Our aim is to dismantle barriers and overcome obstacles that impede the growth and inclusion of diverse communities in the coaching profession.

As an ICF member, these groups are free to you, and you can participate in any or all of the following MRGs:

• BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) aims to create a safe and productive space for coaches of all racial and ethnic backgrounds interested in promoting racial equity in coaching.
• Persons with Disabilities supports those who have experiences with disabilities, whether as a coach, client, or ally.
• Young Professionals (40 and under) focuses on developing the next generation of leaders in coaching.
