ICF Converge 2023 offers a unique opportunity to emphasize the power of coaching. The event connects coaches to share insights, experiences and best practices.

“We have been so lucky to see the engagement of our credentialed coaches and ICF members around the globe, that continues despite the virtual nature of our events over the past three years,” said ICF CEO Magdalena Nowicka Mook. “The ability to make meaningful personal connections with like-minded professionals who understand the value of coaching is an opportunity we have immense appreciation for. We are thrilled to be able to again bring this community together in a way that supports the sharing of learning, innovation and a sense of belonging among professionals.”

ICF Converge 2023 is a dynamic global event designed to strengthen interactions within the coaching community and enable exceptional learning opportunities on topics or growing importance such as: fostering human connection, cultural fluency, inclusive leadership, trauma-responsive coaching, inclusivity, and more.

ICF Converge 2023 focuses on five key themes to guide unique learning experiences for attendees. They are:

  • Envision the future through examples of innovation, creativity, and impact. Within this theme, sessions will consider topics such as forecasting trends, innovation models, social impact, and more.
  • Align your coaching practice with established core competencies. This theme will include coaching core competencies, credentials and standards, coaching ethics, and more.
  • Learn new skills and techniques that elevate your expertise. This theme covers skills development, mentor training, leadership development, coaching supervision, and more.

Sessions will be varied in style to maximize engagement, including keynote sessions, signature talks, coaching spotlights, pre-conference workshops, 90-minute workshops, and 45-minute sessions. In partnership with Wordly, ICF will offer live translations in up to 25 languages for all Converge sessions. Attendees who are unable to participate in-person have access to On-Demand Registration + Livestreaming, offering access to over 60 recorded sessions, live streaming of 12 curated sessions, and opening and closing keynotes, in addition to more than 40 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units.

ICF Converge 2023 will feature both an opening and closing keynote address from noteworthy speakers. Ms. Kander is a New York Times bestselling author of the book The Curiosity Muscle. The closing keynote, to be delivered by Sebastian Terry and titled, “Goal Setting to Live Well,” will focus on reframing perspectives to realize and attain personal and professional ambition, while removing boundaries to maximize potential. Mr. Terry is the creator of the 100things Philanthropic Movement.

Driven by the changemaker mentality of professional coaches, ICF Converge 2023 also will incorporate community engagement efforts. Attendees will have opportunities to volunteer their time and expertise.
