Calls from CAPTEL
ICF Global is using CAPTEL call center to make direct telephone calls to ICF Members worldwide to ask them to renew their memberships starting on April 1, 2020. ICF Global used CAPTEL, who are professional and courteous call center and specialize on professional association calls, and we had great success in connecting with members and facilitating their membership renewal after the June 2019 membership drop date. Many CAPTEL representatives speak languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, Turkish and Russian and will call during those countries’ and regions’ business hours. CAPTEL’s calls alleviates the need for your ICF Chapter to make those calls as we know they are very time consuming.
