TD Bank Group has redefined leadership development through a powerful coaching initiative aimed at empowering its 700+ people leaders. Rooted in the belief that people are the key to business success, TD launched a multi-phased coaching ecosystem to build leadership capabilities, enhance employee engagement, and improve customer satisfaction.
What began as an effort to increase coaching time and consistency evolved into a culture-shifting program introducing a standardized coaching model, simplified compliance requirements, and delivering ICF-approved training to hundreds of leaders. Even with the shift to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic, TD’s investment in coaching proved critical, creating space for meaningful conversations, stronger connections, and a performance-driven culture rooted in care and trust. The result? Record high customer experience scores, higher employee retention, and more inspired leadership across the organization.
