Make Your Markers
For those applicants working toward a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, there are many skill and knowledge milestones used for evaluation. ICF measures these through PCC Markers, which are indicators of your mastery of ICF Core Competencies and their application. Assessors evaluate your coaching and use the markers to fairly measure your competence and understanding.
Reviewing these markers allows you to gain valuable insights into how assessors evaluate your performance for each Core Competency while also providing clear, actionable guidance to help you integrate the Core Competencies into your coaching practice.
