In response, the company began a coaching journey of their own that led to winning the 2023 ICF Coaching Impact Award for Distinguished Organization.
AstraZeneca introduced a formal coaching strategy that supported professional growth and kept the focus on the future. Coaches led interactive learning workshops, helping managers and employees identify their strengths and areas for improvement. With this foundation, the company began offering coaching at every stage of an employee’s career. could make coaching available throughout each employee’s career, regardless of their goals.
