Tonya Echols, PCC

Tonya Echols, PCC, is a globally recognized, award-winning leader, coach, and consultant with 30 years of experience in corporate management, media, technology, finance, and inclusion. She has held leadership roles across ICF at the chapter, regional, and global levels. Tonya is the managing principal and founder of Vigere, a global coaching and consultancy firm, and has partnered with leaders and organizations globally to create successful, inclusive, human-centric business environments. An educator and lifelong learner, Tonya is an adjunct instructor at William & Mary and Harvard University and is completing her doctorate in organizational leadership psychology at William James College.
