Tom Battye has been supervising coaches for more than 15 years and has been supporting EMCC to define and develop supervision standards for 10 years. He is a recent winner of the EMCC Global Supervision Award. Tom is also a professional expedition leader, taking people on adventurous mountaineering trips around the world. Closer to home, he is a committed blues dancer.
