Svetlana Dimovski, MCC, PhD, is an executive coach, strategy advisor, and founder of Dharma Growth, where she works with senior leaders, founders, and leadership teams navigating growth, transition, and reinvention. A former innovation and transformation executive, she has held leadership roles at BASF, Procter & Gamble, and Pact, spanning R&D, open innovation, strategy, and enterprise transformation. She is an ICF Master Certified Coach, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and systemic team coach, with a PhD in materials science and engineering.
