Svea van der Hoorn

Svea van der Hoorn, MCC, volunteers on the ICF Independent Review Board. She is a self-declared, proud ethics nerd. She sees navigating ethical dilemmas as an opportunity to combine creativity, rigor, and compassion in complex decision-making. Svea is active in coaching education, mentor coaching, and coaching supervision. She has a knack for connecting the abstract world with the world of the everyday. Her awareness of DEIBJ was honed in the crucible of South Africa’s journey to democracy and beyond.
