Su Mee Tan, PCC, MA, CPCC, CPQC, believes that the art of improvisation is a great skill to have in coaching as well as in life. She is a leadership communications coach and works with corporate leaders and performing artists to build presence, to be more confident in presenting, and to have the impact they want to have. Her work brings together coaching, mindfulness, and improv.
Before she became a coach, Su Mee worked as a change manager and trainer for international law firms in offices all over the world. Outside of work, Su Mee enjoys being on stage and spending time alone in nature.
