Fluent in English and Mandarin, he has held CEO and regional vice president roles in Fortune 500 and private companies. As an adjunct professor at leading Asian universities, Soon focuses on business innovation and coaching the next generation of leaders. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is currently pursuing advanced research studies in coaching and AI at the University of Cambridge.
