Sharmila Pixy Ferris

Sharmila Pixy Ferris, PhD, (she/her/hers) received her doctorate in communication from Penn State University, USA. She is a full professor in the Department of Communication at William Paterson University of New Jersey, USA. She has also taught at the University of Kentucky and Penn State University in the United States, as well as at the University of Alberta and Royal Roads University in Canada. Ferris is well–published in leadership, organizational communication, technology, and computer-mediated communication, with 10 books and numerous articles.
