Sandrine Saliba, MCC, spent over 15 years at Club Med as the Head of Development, Learning, and Internal Coaching, working first in Europe and later in the Asia-Pacific region. She’s now located in Morocco. Sandrine specializes in managerial challenges and the support of charismatic leaders, she provides individual and team coaching to senior executives, executive committee members, and high-potential leaders, both in France and internationally. Sandrine has been certified as a coach since 2007, is accredited at Master Certified Coach (MCC) level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Sandrine is a trainer in Appreciative Inquiry (team coaching), and she is certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CLEEN (Coaching for the Release of Negative Emotional Imprints), and Peer Coaching (Codev). She is also an ESIA-accredited coach supervisor, coach assessor, and faculty member at the International Coaching Institute in Geneva.
