The author of two seminal books, Coaching Across Cultures and Global Coaching, and of the COF assessment, he is considered the pioneer of intercultural and global coaching. He is a professor at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo and visits other academic institutions including the University of Cambridge.
