Penny Gundry, who worked in senior management until 2005, is a coach and trainer, working with a variety of organizations in Europe and West Africa. She is particularly interested in how we can still our minds and access new neural pathways for problem solving and gaining insight. Over the years, Penny has collected hundreds of beads, buttons and stones that she has developed into the BeadTrail, a creative problem-solving process to use with clients both individually and in teams.
