Özlem Erten, MCC, is an executive and relationship systems coach and facilitator. Her clients in various industries are mainly from Turkey, Europe, and the Middle East. She designs and leads transformational team and leadership development programs to improve the capacity, culture, and effectiveness of leaders, teams, and organizations.

She spent most of her corporate career at C-Level positions for multinational financial institutions. She left her banking career with the motivation of sharing her broad corporate experience with others and helping people in their career paths.
