She is an expert in leadership and neuroscience. NLP Master Practitioner, team coaching and mentoring, systemic coaching, ontological coaching, neurolinguistics and effective communication. Monica is also a Neuroscience expert and Coaching Professor at ESADE Business School.
Monica’s experience includes coaching and mentoring CEO´s, senior managers, executives and teams in Europe, Latin America and the United States.
After working at companies such as Coca Cola, P&G, Campari Group and Melia Hotel as Corporate marketing director, she founded her own company. For the last 15 years, she has dedicated her work to elevating talent, enhancing mindsets, skills, and solving exciting business challenges.
