Melissa’s expertise lies in designing high-performance talent development initiatives that shifts mindsets, performance, and behaviors to achieve organizational priorities and foster mutually beneficial relationships. A lifelong learner, Melissa holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership studies from Northeastern University, is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She’s also an avid SCUBA diver who loves international travel and prioritizes having those experiences with her family as often as possible.
