Melinda Glowacki, ACC

Melinda Glowacki, ACC has over 25 years of experience in education, serving as a high school English teacher, a Director of Literacy, and a leadership coach. Over the past decade, she has designed and delivered countless hours of leadership coaching and professional learning for educators and leaders in the private sector. Melinda’s writing advocates for the transformative power of coaching and leadership development, with articles featured in Educational Leadership, Coaching World, and California English. In addition to writing, Melinda enjoys leading workshops and presenting at conferences across the country, including the ISTE+ASCD Annual Conference and ICF Converge in 2026. Melinda currently supervises secondary teacher candidates at the University of California, Irvine, and holds her ACC as an active member of ICF’s Orange County Chapter.
