Maria Darby is a change management executive consultant focused on raising the game of how change sponsors and executives lead and drive successful change and transformation initiatives. In addition to her 30-plus years in the consulting industry supporting transformational change across multiple industries, Maria is a long-standing active volunteer with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), serving on its founding board, as president of the global board, and later as CEO.
