Margaret Moore/Coach Meg, MBA, NBC-HWC, is a biologist with an MBA, executive coach, coach trainer, and coaching thought leader. She co-founded three groundbreaking coaching organizations: Wellcoaches, Institute of Coaching (IOC), and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (BHWC). Her work has trained more than 15,000 health professionals as coaches in 50 countries, establishing Wellcoaches as the world’s largest coaching community in health-care and well-being. She’s the force behind national standards and certification for health and wellness coaches through the NBHWC and is the chair of IOC, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. Following 17 years in the biotech industry in the UK, Canada, France, and the US, she co-founded three coaching organization. In 2000, Margaret founded Wellcoaches Corporation, a Center of Coaching Excellence for health professionals which has trained 16,000 coaches in 50 countries.
