Louise Sheppard

Louise Sheppard, PhD, MA, is an executive coach and coaching supervisor with experience working with more than 100 organizations globally. Louise’s background in business and leadership development includes leadership roles at Unilever and work as a management consultant. She is a partner at Praesta Partners LLP and has served as a trustee for a national charity and on the advisory board of a social enterprise.

Known for her direct, calm, and supportive approach, Louise helps leaders transition between roles and amplify their impact. She employs evidence-based strategies to challenge self-limiting beliefs and drive meaningful change. Louise has substantial experience across industries, including financial services, FMCG, professional services, engineering, construction, PE, tech, pharma, education, regulation, and healthcare. She holds a doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University and a master’s degree in Professional Coaching from Middlesex University. Louise lives in London and enjoys trekking, cycling, yoga, and time with family and friends.
