Louise Sheppard

Louise Sheppard, PhD, MA, is an executive coach and coaching supervisor who has worked with more than 100 organizations globally. Louise’s background is in business and leadership development. She started her career with Unilever and then worked as a management consultant. She is a partner at Praesta Partners LLP. Louise has a doctorate in coaching and mentoring awarded by Oxford Brookes University and master’s degree in professional coaching from Middlesex University. Louise lives in London and enjoys trekking, cycling, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends. She is a school governor for a local school.
