Lola Chetti, MCC, Exec. MA- INSEAD (Distinction), LLB(Hons)-Barrister (Lincoln’s Inn) is a Global Executive Coach and a leadership specialist based in New York City. She has over 3500 hours + of coaching practice and has been an executive coach and leadership trainer for 16 years. Lola started her career in the judiciary and retired as a senior Magistrate after 10 years. Her passion for people development and learning led her to transition as a part-time volunteer teacher with refugee children for 6 years before she started a second career in leadership development consulting and executive coaching in 2009. Lola works with organizations from Europe, Asia, and the U.S. She frequently contributes to ICF chapters -the US on Ethics. She designed leadership programs for multinationals and is presently delivering them regionally and globally. In 2017, she designed and currently delivers a level 2 evidence-based organizational coach training based on coaching scenarios and also mentors and supervises organizational coaches.
