Liv Blaney, ACC

Liv (she/her/hers) is an accredited executive coach with 16 years’ leadership experience at Goldman Sachs, where she recently led a global operations teams. Her prior roles included leading cross-functional change programs, strategy development, and client relationship management. Liv has been coaching professionally since 2018, became an International Coaching Federation–accredited coach in 2022, and recently completed an MSc in Coaching for Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, where her final year dissertation focused on neurodiversity coaching. She is a qualified ADHD coach and a neurodiversity and inclusion trainer. Before Goldman Sachs, Liv spent three years working in logistics at Cadbury-Schweppes.  She holds a master’s degree in manufacturing engineering from Cambridge University and a diploma in counselling and psychoanalysis.
